“From the moment I stepped out of my car to Four Seasons Yoga, I felt I was on a holiday some-
where else in the world. And then settling into the yoga studio, well that is something extra special,
a slice of heaven, where we can let go of the race. Each planned stage of the retreat day was
considered with love and care, guided by humbled leaders of light with knowledge and wisdom to
share. The food was considered and prepared with utmost care. We were all so fortunate to wander
through Megan’s beautiful property and admire the trees and flowers. A day to let yourself receive
and feel renewed.” – Emma
