As an absolute beginner, who has never been to a yoga class before, Megan has made me feel totally supported and I have gained confidence due to her excellent and expert instruction, her welcoming and friendly nature and the beautiful surroundings classes are held in.
She keeps me well informed and is prompt in answering on line questions. Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Megan is a dream. I booked a private lesson for myself and my bridesmaids for the morning of my wedding. Straight away she made me feel so welcome and comforted. Her studio is set in the most picturesque location with lush greenery all around with the serene sounds of birds singing in the background truly set the tone. Megan's classes are great. Having come from a different studio it can be tricky to adjust to the small differences, but Megan makes you feel very welcome and at ease straight away. There is always an emphasis on the lesson being "your" practice, listening to your body. The setting of the studio is stunning and the studio itself oozes calmness and tranquillity.
Megan’s Yang class is amazing - the perfect blend of strength, balance and flexibility, with a strong focus of mindfulness. I feel like a new person after I leave every week! Thank you Megan for giving us this space to be present and repair our body and mind :)
