About Four Seasons Yoga

As the seasons change we change what we wear, change what we eat, change what we do.  Change is a good thing but so too is consistency.

Yoga can be our constant that grounds us through every season, helping to nourish our mind, body and soul.  

Looking out from the Yoga studio in Cherry Gardens, we can appreciate each change of season. This calming outlook nurtures our connectedness with nature and enhances our well-being.

Four Seasons Yoga teacher, Megan, wants Yoga to be accessible for everyone and wants to share her passion and love of Yoga to both new and experienced Yoga students.

Offering a range of levels on varying days and times, she looks forward to welcoming you to her studio with its serene country outlook.
