KRABI, THAILAND
Saturday 27 February to Sunday 7 March 2027

You’re invited to spend a week surrounded by the beautiful mountains and forest of Krabi, Thailand with your retreat facilitators and yoga teachers, Megan Kuchel – Four Seasons Yoga, and Leah Cooper – The Centre of Ki.

This Women’s Wellness Retreat is a 7-day guided wellbeing adventure where you will experience beautiful Thai hospitality whilst exploring the culture and delights of this unique land.

Meet gentle giants at the Following Giants ethical elephant sanctuary, experience the lush jungle on the waterfall nature hike, enjoy spiritual connection at the Tiger Cave Temple, and island-hop across crystal-clear waters to see hidden coves and rock formations that are unique to Krabi’s coastline.

Nurture yourself with daily yoga, floating sound healing, nourishing meals, and Thai massage (your first treatment is on us).

In your spare time, relax in your room overlooking the garden or mountains, explore the nature trails, or enjoy a spot by the pool, sauna or spa, soaking up the atmosphere of this tropical paradise.

Your retreat

Awaken each morning in your room to tropical gardens or mountain views. Each day will be different as we explore the nature and cultural adventures of Krabi and enjoy time to rest and rejuvenate at the VOASIS Valley Retreat. Join us for a yoga and meditation practice before indulging in a delicious retreat-style breakfast. Alternatively, an evening yoga practice will bring you into a state of blissful calm before floating off to bed.

Your retreat facilitators

Megan Kuchel, Four Seasons Yoga

Megan began her yoga journey over 25 years ago (when she was pregnant with her daughter) and has nurtured a deep love for the practice ever since. After completing her teacher training, along with Yin and Yin/MFR studies, she founded Four Seasons Yoga — a calming, semi-rural studio offering welcoming classes for all levels.

In recent years, Megan has partnered with Leah Cooper from The Centre of Ki to co-create seasonal day retreats, as well as Women’s Wellness Retreat weekends at Twin Peaks in Mt Barker.

She is thrilled to co-lead the February 2027 Women’s Wellness Retreat to Thailand — a place close to her heart. Having visited three times and with family ties to the country, Megan looks forward to holding a supportive space where women can truly relax, connect and be nourished.

She can’t wait to share this special week with you.

Leah began her yoga practice 30 years ago at the age of 20, and it has shaped both her life and work ever since. Her studies have included Japanese Yoga, Shiatsu massage and macrobiotics, giving her a deep appreciation for holistic, seasonal and energy-based living.

After arriving in the Barossa Valley in 2013, Leah founded The Centre of Ki, where she has been guiding classes and sharing her passion for mindful movement and nourishment with the local community.

Leah has hosted several retreats, including collaborations with Megan, and loves creating spaces for women to slow down and reconnect. She looks forward to supporting and holding space during the 2027 Women’s Wellness Retreat in Thailand— a special opportunity for adventure, connection and renewal.
